Install & Dismantle
Abcom Inc. clients enjoy a global network of highly experienced and trained installation and dismantle Technicians, ensuring their display property is installed and packed properly and efficiently at each and every show. Our clients enjoy the only I&D crew trained to handle installation & dismantle of both displays and AV equipment, eliminating the wait time & expense generally required and associated with two different groups on the show floor. Additional services provided include digital shots of display pre & post show, staff floor report from each show and 24/7 contacts thru out the show.
Virtual Inventory and Asset Management
Each Abcom Inc. storage client is able to access a complete asset inventory via secure and dedicated website, providing them the ability to view, select and direct the destination of any exhibit(s) element, from any place they have access to the internet.
Our clients find this digital, web access is extremely helpful in enrolling event participation and input of remote and regional offices and employees.
Storage and Refurbishment Services
Abcom Inc. storage facility provides our clients a climate–controlled environment to keep their exhibit in show ready condition.
Our detailed check in & check out process includes service and/or repair to wear and tear damage that may occur to their exhibit, bringing it back to its original condition, and ensure our clients are show ready at all times.
Abcom Inc. global network of trade show carriers provide a dedicated,24/7, hands-on, property sensitive carrier that ensures your trade show exhibit arrives in good condition on time.

At Show Services
Our show services department manages all aspects of a show for our clients, both internally and with each respective show management group. We ensure all orders and forms are completed fully and timely to capture all available discounts for our clients. Including EAC forms, electrical & rigging diagrams, advance warehouse dates, etc.
At the end of the show we generate a master show invoice – making it easy for our clients to track and record their event investments versus budgets and goals.
Abcom Inc. support groups are available to handle all aspects of trade show details and paperwork.
